WHO:
Synchronic Dance Team is a collegiate dance team that competes on the East Coast. With several accolades and awards, Synchronic also has an increasing social media presence, with an engagement increase of 15% in the last year. In addition, the team holds events and classes with out-of-state teachers that attract 50+ people each time.
WHAT WE DID:
Utilizing Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, I created graphics for events, such as Summer Intensives, Pop-up Classes, and Auditions. The social media managers request for a different theme for every event, so I try my best to create a cohesive but unique brand for each series of posts (cover page, schedule, and choreographer posts).

WHO:
Studio PAV is a KPOP tour company that organizes concerts for several Korean groups and artists. Some of the artists they have worked with are PSY, ATEEZ, P1Harmony, OMEGA X, AB6IX, and many more. One of their recent large-scale events, KBS Immortal Songs, attracted over 16k attendees.
WHAT WE DID:
Using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Monday.com, and Outlook, I assisted the designers in creating graphics for the Instagram and Shopify ads, which has over 73.5k followers. For each tour, there was a specific theme and color scheme. This experience helped me to understand branding on a deeper level, as well as the use of typography, iconography, and logos. I learned a lot from the design team, and I was so grateful for the experience!

WHO:
As my time at NYU Tandon School of Engineering came to a close, I was able to show my senior thesis project at the IDM Showcase.
This project is called “Who Are You?” or “Nuguni?” in Korean. It represents my journey of trying to find my identity and how easy it can be to feel lost. I wanted to portray my experience in an abstract way, greatly inspired by photography and art pieces from Cho Gi Seok and Rene Magritte.
WHAT WE DID:
I directed, wrote, and produced the film, including storyboarding and coordinating schedules with the film crew. I also managed pre-production and post-production. The music was mixed on Reaper and video editing in Premiere Pro.
This was presented as an installation art piece at NYU IDM’s showcase with over 1k attendees, displayed as a projection alongside props from the film.
If you’d like to see my entire process, it is documented here:

WHO:
Yuni is a student-lead project that aims to provide beauty salon reviews easily. Users can write reviews for places and specialists, informing others about the best local spots. They can also keep track of their appointments and search for places near them.
Beauty resources include: hair, nail salons, ear piercings, eyelash extensions, tanning, etc.
WHAT WE DID:
The early stages of the project were focused on conducting user interviews, completing research by conducting competitive analysis, and engaging in systems thinking.
Then I prototyped effective flows and interactions for a mobile platform, focusing on easy usability.
Using Figma, I created high-fidelity prototypes and fully interactive pages. There are 4 pages total: the main, search, appointments, and profile page.
You can also add friends and see where they’ve been. By incorporating this social aspect, users can connect with one another through user-generated reviews.
